Remember that large fish carry a higher risk of contamination. It is therefore essential to not consume oils from tuna and salmon (for example).

The stability of the oil is also of great importance. ATP adds three antioxidants to its oil: vitamin C, vitamin E, and thyme oil. An oil without an antioxidant turns rancid very quickly.
